Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship. We utilize USPS first class package and priority mail services and your order should arrive 1-3 days after the shipping date. Prior to shipment, you will receive a notification from USPS with tracking information. If you find any errors with your shipping please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURNS - 100% SASTISFACTION
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their Kahi products. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to email@example.com stating why you would like to return the item. We will send you a shipping label to enable you to return the item at no cost. We will refund any funds associated with the purchase. If the product is an opened perishable product, we will offer a replacement product. If you would rather receive your money back, we are happy to simply refund you. Please do not ship refunded perishable products back to Kahi Roasting Company. Instead, please send us a detailed email describing why you are unsatisfied with the product and how we can better serve your needs. We know there are hundreds of other roasters you could choose and we are honored you selected us. We promise to work hard to keep it that way. No donation money will be rescinded due to returns.
